One of the pleasures of living in downtown Providence is that we have one large indoor shopping mall. Big windows and big views of the city everywhere, and the entire city gravitates to it, especially young people. When I am there I feel like I am seeing the future of the city. There is one spot where I can "people watch" while people have a quick dinner at the food court. This is what they look like from the balcony on the way to the movie theaters. Each table has its own story, but all of us are there together. It's a nice feeling.
